My Review:

This book had me reading for hours! I absolutely love it, from the start to the very end. L.P. Dover did an amazing job creating a book filled with twists that had me guessing the ending. It's definitely an emotional rollercoaster ride. Korinne had everything she ever wanted in her life, but one day tragedy strikes and her husband dies in a car accident. Filled with grieve, she moves back to her old town and decides to spend time alone to get herself back together. But just when she thought her life was taking turns for the worst, her best friend Jenna comes in to rescue her by taking her to a party where she sees non other than her ex-college boyfriend. What Korinne didn't know was that her friend was already making matchmaking plans. Having a history together, Korinne embarks into a new adventure when she starts seeing Galen (only as friends), but things soon start heating up and the two can no longer hide what they're feeling inside. With that said, Korinne will have to make a choice whether or not to move on with her life with Galen or grieve the lose of her husband and stick to her old life. 

There are a lot of choices that Korinne has to make throughout the book that make her vulnerable, she seems to be not ready to have a future with Galen and that's a tough choice to make. Whereas Galen is one those characters that are just so kind and is willing to do just about anything for her. I enjoyed reading their moments together, the writing made those scenes stand out from the rest of the story. There were also times when the book had me guessing, and the ending twists! I couldn't stop reading without finding out what was going to happen next. Overall, the story made it to my favorite's list and I recommend everyone to read it, you will not regret it.
