🔖 REVIEW BLITZ 🔖 Just a Little Tempted by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde

Just a Little Tempted by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde

Release Date: July 28, 2026
Pages: 264
Genres: Romance, Contemporary

I never meant to fall for my boss.

When I was hired to be Simon’s assistant, everyone warned me he was impossible—brilliant, demanding, and obsessed with control. But after surviving two months of his rules and grumpy attitude, I’ve learned how to manage my boss. Maybe it’s my chaotic upbringing or the fact that I desperately need this job, but I can’t ignore the moments when his guarded edges soften… even if he pretends they don’t.

Then one nervous slip in front of a major client turns into a fake relationship neither of us can back out of. Now I’m Simon’s “girlfriend,” attending dinners, traveling for meetings, and sharing far too much close proximity with the man I’m not supposed to want. Pretending to belong to him shouldn’t feel real—but it does. And the hardest part isn’t keeping up the lie. It’s realizing I’m falling for him for real.

My Review:

As the third book in the Sterling Family Crossover, Just a Little Tempted by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde is a steamy workplace romance that will leave you wanting for more.

As a successful entrepreneur, Simon Powers, has the wealth and looks to get anyone he could possibly want. But in order to prove that the company he co-founded with his brother, Powers Investment Group is renowned, Simon doesn’t have time for a serious relationship. After all, his quest into finding the perfect assistant has taken on a different turn as he keeps firing them without giving them a second chance. His standards are high for a reason, but lately his job keeps piling up and it has unable to focus on the investment he’s been wanting to snag for a while. Until he finds out that his friend’s younger sister is looking for an assistant job. Simon knows better than to hire someone who could cost him his friendship. But he is desperate and hiring Raina Seager is the perfect solution, one that could turn his world upside down. Now he has to find a way to keep things professional with her or it could jeopardize his friendship along with a really good assistant.

After the way her previous job ended, Raina Seagar didn’t realize just how difficult finding a new job would be. She has the knowledge and experience to get hired, but in a town where people talk it’s difficult to stay unnoticed especially when her old boss is the one making things difficult for her to get hired. It’s been months since she walked away from her other job and Raina doesn’t want to rely on her family for help. Until her older brother puts in a good word with his friend to hire her as his assistant. Wanting to make a great impression, Raina is ray of sunshine on her first day, quickly realizing that her new boss would be ten times more demanding and controlling when it comes to doing a good job. It’s a good thing that Raina is up for the challenge or so she thought before blurting out that she is Simon’s girlfriend in order for him to get a chance to get the investment that he’s been wanting. Now she has to protect her heart before it’s too late.

I absolutely loved reading Just a Little Tempted, the chemistry between the characters is sizzling and relatable. It’s evident for the very beginning that Simon is attracted to Raina. But he is not looking for a relationship, let along cross the line with his friend’s sister. He’s had his trust broken in the past and letting someone in is going to be difficult. Raina was only looking to get away from her previous job, not to feel a connection with her new boss. She’s been hurt in the past and won’t let those around her try to use her again. Both have trust issues that they’re able to connect with one another right away. Neither one of them expected to fall in love, now they have to face their pasts in order to get a chance at a future together. All in all, I loved the ending. I can’t wait to read more in the series, I would highly recommend checking out this book as well! :)

My Review

Moreland delivers a small town romance with all the feels in A Simple Love. This steamy and witty romance will hook you from beginning to end.

After working hard to earn his place in Hollywood, Oliver Hart, never imaged just how much his life was going to change in a very short amount of time. Going from Hollywood heartthrob to getting pulled from movies for his behavior. With news of him in the media, his agent decides to send Oliver away to rethink about his choices before it’s too late. Little did he know that by going back to the small he grew up in would give Oliver the chance to truly see what he really wants in life, including a second chance with the woman he left behind all those years ago to start his career.

Everyone makes choices in life that may or may not end up working and for Kassie Brennan she had to learn the hard way. After losing those she loved the most, she left town with a purpose only for her to be back to the place that has embraced her once again. Kassie never expected to see Oliver again, especially after the way things ended between them. Now he is going to be her tenant and being at close proximity with him is going to make things harder for Kassie. She can’t lose her heart again to a man that will eventually walk away from her if they don’t make things work.

I throughly enjoyed reading A Simple Love, the characters not only have great chemistry, but they were relatable as well. It’s evident just how much they still feel towards each other, but they have to overcome their pasts if they want a chance to be together. I loved the small town in the book and how the secondary characters also play a huge in part in their story. The ending was sweet and simple, we get a satisfying ending that truly completes their story. I would highly recommend checking it out as well as any other books by the author. You will not regret it!

My Review:

In Madison’s latest release, Falling for You, she delivers a new beginnings and second chance romance. As the first book in the Falling For Series, this steamy romance will leave you wanting for more!

For Theo Williams, moving to a small town was only temporary until he found his place working with his cousin and then becoming business partners. CW Constructions keep Theo busy, going from site to site. He is not interested in serious relationships, until he meets an unexpected gorgeous stranger in the middle of the night that changes his life forever. What was supposed to be a one-night stand becomes so much more the minute Theo sees her again weeks later. As a paramedic, Collins Henderson doesn’t have much a social life outside of her work. She’s worked really hard to get to where she is, trying to save up enough to be able to get out of the town that detests her family. But that only changes when she unexpectedly meets the man that would alter her future. Now Collins is expecting his baby and she has to come clean about her family before it’s too late.

I throughly enjoyed reading Falling for You, the characters were relatable and their chemistry was off-the-charts from the very beginning. The setting takes places at a small town who has been hurt by Collin’s parents and as they get to know each other well. The more, we get to see why Collins thinks that she is undeserving of love. Theo comes in at the right time, he feels bad for the way things went after their night together, but he is all in to take care of both of them. He just needs to convince Collins that he truly loves her. All in all, if you are looking for a steamy small town romance with a twist than I would highly recommend checking it out. :)

🔖 BLOG TOUR 🔖 Saved by a God by Michelle Heard {REVIEW}

Saved by a God by Michelle Heard

Release Date: June 22, 2026
Pages: 278
Genres: Romance, Mafia

From USA Today & Wall Street Journal bestselling author Michelle Heard comes a new STANDALONE, full-length MAFIA ROMANCE novel.

Rosie

To others, Enzo is a ruthless and dangerous underboss, a son of the Falco bloodline. But to me, he’s the one man I can’t stop wanting.
Broody temptation wrapped in tattoos.

There’s a secret I’ve carried for years. At a friend’s club, I set up a date with a stranger to lose my V-card.
No faces. No talking.

Turned out the stranger was Enzo.
He doesn’t know it was me, the girl in the dark who gave him everything, then erased herself like she was never there.

To Enzo, I’m just Rosie, nothing more than a friend and the Cosa Nostra’s hacker.

I’ve been trying to build up the courage to tell him I love him, but I’ve waited too long.
Because when the enemy comes for the Cosa Nostra, I do what I’ve always done, I protect what’s mine…even if it costs me everything.

Enzo

For years, I told myself Rosie was just a friend. Never mine to want, because I chose our friendship over a truth that would’ve changed everything.

Rosie was my heartbeat and now she’s gone.

But I can’t let go.

I’ll tear this world apart to find her.
Nothing and no one will stand in my way of getting what’s mine, and once I have her in my arms, I will make damn sure everyone knows she belongs to me.

While Saved By A God can be read as an interconnected standalone, reading the other books in the Kings Of Mafia series will give you a better understanding of the world and its characters.

My Review:

Saved by a God is Heard’s last book in the Kings of Mafia Series. This friends-to-lovers mafia romance had me hooked from beginning to end. It’s a must-read!

At the beginning of the story we are introduced to Rosellina La Rosa, Rosie, who has been trained all her life to take over her dad as the Cosa Nostra’s IT expert. Since she doesn’t have any older siblings, Rosie will also have to represent her family and become the fifth capo in the Cosa Nostra. Yet, it’s that part of the business that she dreads the most, Rosie is an excellent hacker, but when it comes to dealing with other criminal organizations she feels sick. It’s the violence that makes her uncomfortable. No matter how much her family tells her, it’s her best friend Enzo whose opinion she takes to heart the most. As a friend, Enzo brings her comfort, even though she’s also had a massive crush on him for a very long time. But he’s made it clear that he is not interested in a relationship or damage their friendship. Leaving her no choice, but to lose her virginity to a stranger. Not realizing that that moment would haunt her later. Before she could do anything about it, there is a threat to the Cosa Nostra and Rosie ends up putting her life on the line in order to save those she loves.

As a ruthless underboss, Enzo Falco is too busy protecting the Cosa Nostra as we all his family. He doesn’t have time for a relationship, at least that’s what he keeps telling himself and those around him. But in reality, Enzo has always had feelings for his best friend, Rosie. There is no one else that understands him the way she does and that is the same reason why he can’t pursue a relationship with her. Enzo would hate himself if he ever hurt her. Protecting her and their friendship is what keeps him going. Until the unthinkable happens and her fortress comes under attack. Taking her away from in the process, Enzo vows to do whatever it takes to bring her back home and make her his for good before it’s late.

I can’t believe the Kings of Mafia Series has come to a close. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Saved by a God, it was full of romance and suspense. It’s evident from the very start that Enzo and Rosie are really good friends. Enzo is able to go to Rosie when he needs her the most and vice versa. Everyone around them knows how tight they are, but it’s hard for them to admit the fact that they are in love with each other. Yet, Rosie is also struggling with her role as capo for the Cosa Nostra. She’d rather be behind a computer than be out where the action usually takes Enzo and the rest of the capos. I loved their interactions with the rest of their family members as well. Then an event happens that truly changes their lives forever and Rosie is put in a position where she has to use all that she knows in order to save herself and those around her. I only wish we could’ve gotten more of their relationship towards the end of the story or a years later epilogue would have really concluded their story better. I still loved the series as a whole and would highly recommend checking it out. You will not regret it!:)

Men like him don’t make moves without a reason. And they don’t play fair.

I didn’t build my career by falling for charm.
While the entire office swoons, I fight him where it matters. In the boardroom.

But my mind and my body are at war.
Because he’s arrogant. Calculating. And dangerously hard to resist.

Then that one reckless night catches up with me.

Even if a part of me wants to believe him.

Even if he’s determined to claim us both.

A RELUCTANT CLAIM is a spicy standalone billionaire romance featuring accidental pregnancy, workplace rivals, marriage of convenience, banter and a guaranteed HEA.

My Review:

Henri delivers a steamy office romance in A Reluctant Claim. This enemies-to-lovers story will leave you wanting for more.

As Merged’s office manager, Roxy Moretti, had high hopes of eventually being able to buy stake in the company. After working there for the past two years, Roxy is regarded with respect among her co-workers. Yet, what she yearns the most is to prove that she can be their equal in the boardroom. Though there is an ulterior motive that keeps Roxy motived to achieve success on her own without the need to go back to her influential family. Little does she know that her life was able to take a different turn of events the minute Roxy meets Liam Stone. He walked into Merged ready to acquire his own stake in the company, ready to charm anyone to get his way with his looks and the power of the Stone name behind him. Neither of them expected to be put against each other, both have reasons for wanting to be partners at Merged. What they weren’t counting on was to develop feelings for one another, now they have to face the consequences of their time together or risk losing everything.

A Reluctant Claim was a solid read, full of undeniable chemistry between the characters that turns into so much more. It’s the closeness at work that soon gives them a chance to get to know each other well. Roxy has her guard up, not ready to trust her opponent, yet the soon realize that they work together really well. Which helps solidify their connection and ultimately leads them to give into their feelings for each other. All in all, if you like banter and an office romance, I would suggest giving this story a try. :)

🔖 REVIEW BLITZ 🔖 Merciless Vow by Ines Johnson

Merciless Vow by Ines Johnson

Release Date: June 2, 2026
Genres: Romance, Mafia, Paranormal

A forced marriage. A fated bond. And an Alpha wolf who will give her everything —except his heart.

When Addie Vane's brother steals six million dollars from the most powerful werewolf family in New York, the Blackwoods don't want the money back. They want her. Vidar Blackwood is everything she ran from when she left her pack at eighteen: powerful, possessive, and completely certain the world bends to his will. He offers a simple trade: her hand in marriage for her brother's life.

Vidar Blackwood rebuilt his family's empire on one rule: trust no one outside your bloodline. Then Addie walked into his office smelling like lightning and looked him in the eye like she hadn't read the memo about who he was. She won't submit. He can't stop pushing her to knees. But Addie isn't the asset he planned for — she's sharper, more stubborn, and more dangerous to his carefully constructed world than any enemy he's faced.

For fans of dark romance, mafia romance, arranged marriage, possessive alpha heroes, and she-wolves who don't take orders — MERCILESS VOW is a steamy, slow-burn paranormal romance with explicit heat, pack politics, mafia power dynamics, and a love story that neither of them saw coming.

My Review:

Not having read any other books by the author, I didn’t know what to expect before reading Merciless Vow. Needless to say, Johnson blew me away with this page-turning paranormal mafia romance that is a must-read!

For the past ten years, Addie Vane aka Addie O’Shea, has worked really hard to make a name for herself away from her powerful werewolf family. With no desire to be used as a pawn among the werewolf families, she decides to leave her family behind, including her younger brother. Without knowing when she’ll even see him again, Addie focuses on her career as a junior associate at Sterling & Associates. Yet, it’s her intellect and cutthroat business personality at work that her boss admires. But any future career plans are halted the minute Addie gets a call from her father, letting her know that her younger brother has been taken by the Blackwoods after stealing millions of dollars from them. They have made it very clear that they don’t want the money, the Blackwoods want her.

Suddenly Addie is taken back to the place she tried so hard to run away from, but the guilt of leaving her brother is enough to get her to go back to her old world. Meeting Vidar Blackwood completely changes the dynamic between them, he is possessive and wants to treat their marriage as a business arrangement. No feelings are supposed to be involved or so she thinks. Addie will have to decide if staying with helping her new family is worth it in order to save her brother or submit to her growing feelings for the man she vowed to hate.

Every move Vidar Blackwood has always made has been calculated and thought out. He prides himself on catching errors and when a shipment does missing, it’s an error that could cost him millions. So when he finds out that there has been a theft in the family business, he considers it war and Vidar knows exactly who is behind it. Elias Vane has taken from them and to settle the debt, Vidar’s parents want him to marry Addie Vane. He’s always known that one day, he’ll have an arrange marriage like his parents had, yet he wasn’t expecting to meet his match. Addie exudes confidence and power without apology that intrigues him right away. He could take her as an employee with her stellar resume, but it’s her fire that makes the decision for him. She’ll marry him or lost her brother in the process. Little does he know just how much his life was about to change forever.

I throughly enjoyed reading Merciless Vow. Although it was a bit confusing at the beginning, I wasn’t sure where the story was going, but it proved me wrong right away. The tension between the main characters is sizzling and their banter is what ultimately kept me reading. Their marriage might be a business arrangement, but what they don’t know is that they are the perfect match for each other. While Vidar is not interested in a love match, he wants loyalty from his wife. Something that it’s hard for Addie to give knowing the circumstances of their marriage. She guards her trust after the way her dad treated her growing up. It’s easier to focus on her career, but the minute she agrees to marry Vidar her eyes are open to new possibilities as a couple and what they could do if they learn to trust in one another. All in all, this was a great start to the series and I cannot wait to read what happens next. I would highly recommend it! :)

Adriano Rizzo isn’t just some heartless, filthy-rich club owner.
He’s a boss in the Cosa Nostra, and I’ve just married into a world that’s violent, ruthless, and deadly.

STANDALONE: A Standalone Mafia Romance.

My Review:

As the ninth book in the Kings of Mafia Series, Heard delivers a steamy mafia romance in Vicious Devil. This new beginnings romance is filled with secrets and suspense to keep you wanting for more.

At the beginning of the story we get to meet Laurie Barners, she is a twenty-five year old who left everything behind to move to New York City. Hoping to start a new life, Laurie finds a job at Mitchell’s Construction as a bookkeeper. But what once brought her joy now brings her resentment and fear after dating the owner’s brother for quite some time. She knows that staying with Austin will only make her life more miserable, so Laurie makes a plan in order to leave him soon. Yet, it would a take a turn of events to leave her no choice but to turn to the club, Fallen Angels for a job. The only thing is that its owner, Adriano Rizzo doesn’t want her to strip for other men. He makes her a proposal she can’t deny, not realizing that Laurie would end becoming his wife. Now she has to face the truth of what it means to be in his world before it’s too late.

Once Adriano Rizzo took over as the head of his family within the Cosa Nostra, his only goal was to make his family even more powerful and successful. But at thirty-six, Adriano wants to get married, have what his parents have. He was’t expecting to be captivated by Laurie outside his club, but the possessive side of him wants to make her his for good. When he finds out that she is not doing well financially, Adriano maker her an offer in order to get her to be by his side, not mentioning that by signing the contract she’ll automatically be his wife. Being part of a violent world, he is used to dealing with anything thrown his way, but when their lives a threaten, the ruthless side of him must come out in order to keep her forever.

All in all, I really enjoyed reading Vicious Devil, Heard knows how to deliver a true mafia romance. The intensity between the characters is magnetic. It’s clear from the very beginning that Adriano really likes Laurie, even though she isn’t interested in a relationship. Not after leaving her ex, she has no one and when Adriano offers to help. There is a part of her that is hesitant, but she has no choice or she’ll risk bring homeless. With Adriano’s help, Laurie starts to trust him a bit more and as they get to know each other, she starts to fall for him. Though it’s he does for a living that it takes some getting used. Thankfully, his family and friends are ready to embrace her. Nothing compared to her family and that’s what brings them closer. The ending was perfect for them and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. I would highly recommend checking out this book and any others by the author! :)

When his corrupt world forces him to pick, will Ronan choose his billions?

Or will he choose us?

MORALLY BLACK ELOPEMENT is the second standalone novel in the Morally Black Weddings series. Tropes inside: woke up married, bad boy/good girl, opposites attract, marriage of convenience, and black-hearted hero meets no-nonsense heroine.

Warning: Contains questionable decisions, shameless flirting, and a hero who’ll convince you bad boys are worth the risk.

My Review:

French delivers a steamy marriage of convenience romance in Morally Black Elopement. What happens in Vegas ended up changing the lives of two unlikely individuals in the second book in the Morally Black Series. A definite must-read!

What would have been a fun bachelorette weekend in Vegas for Laney Fisher and her friends ended becoming so much more the minute she wakes up in an unfamiliar hotel room with a wedding ring on her finger. The worse part is that Laney has no recollection how she got married to the sexy and charming stranger. She’s always been the responsible one of the group and does’t spontaneously marry men she randomly meets at bars. But when the smooth-talking stranger kissed her, Laney decided to give in if only for one night. Little did she know that marrying a Black would come with a prize. There is a lot on the line for Laney back home in Seattle, between saving her mother’s fashion business and her own health struggles.

Ronan Black is the complete opposite of her, he is wealthy beyond belief and has a way of getting his way that makes her feel uneasy. Yet, underneath his custom-made suits that Laney sees the real Ronan and how book smart he really is. His love for Greek classics and his humor is what seals the deal for her when he asks her to give their marriage a chance. All while giving her a hefty sum of money in the process and the promise of saving her business after their six month trail. There is a lot on the line, including losing her heart in the process. If there is something that Laney is absolutely positive of is that once Ronan makes up his mind, there is no way to stop him from claiming what is his and he vows to keep her for himself.

I absolutely loved reading Morally Black Elopement! From the intriguing synopsis to the eye-catching cover, this opposites attract romance will have hooked from beginning to end. Ronan Black has always been the fixer of the family, the Blacks command Blackguard Holdings with his dad as the head of the family. There are standards that need to be met to keep appearances among the Boston elite. That is until his oldest brother made the choice to leave the family business. Leaving no choice but to make Ronan his successor. But there is a catch and in order for Ronan to become CEO, he has to marry first. Show the board that he is serious about the company and that he can be a family man.

Marrying in Vegas was not planned, his connection with Laney is real and he can’t seem to stop thinking about her. They agreed to get a divorce first, but he has no intention of letting her go. But omitting the real reason why he needs her is what could end up damaging their chance at a real relationship if he doesn’t tell her the truth. I loved Laney and Ronan together, their connection is magnetic and their love for Greek classics brings them closer. She understands his humor all while seeing the real Ronan. The ending was sweet, I can’t wait to read the next books in the series! I would highly recommend checking out this book as well as any others by the author. You will not regret it! :)

🔖 REVIEW BLITZ 🔖 Only For Her by Natasha Madison

Only For Her by Natasha Madison

Release Date: May 8, 2026
Series: Only For #4
Pages: 380
Genres: Romance, Contemporary, Sports

He's the youngest coach in the league, and she's your captain's younger sister.

Victoria

Being offered a job in a brand-new city wasn’t something I was planning on.
Neither was meeting him at a random hotel bar that same night.
We shared a drink, flirted, and then one thing led to another.
We exchanged first names, and I escaped the next morning with a quick goodbye.
I never expected to see him again.
I especially never expected him to come face-to-face with him at my brother’s house.
As the new coach of the team.

Zane

I was the youngest coach in the NHL.
I had to focus on one thing and one thing only.
My job.
It’s the only thing I had time for.
Until I came face-to-face with the stranger I thought I would never see again.
She’s off-limits in every sense of the word.
Not just because she’s younger than me.
She’s the sister to my star player.

My Review:

Madison delivers a forbidden hockey romance in Only For Her. As the fourth book in the Only For Series, this steamy romance will leave you rooting for the characters until the very end!

At the beginning of the story we are introduced to Victoria Stevenson, who just recently graduated university with a marketing degree. Without really knowing what she wants to do next, Victoria makes a visit to her older brother in California. Not expecting to get a job offer at a foundation that helps women and children leave toxic and abusive families. What starts off as a visit to check on her brother, turns into so much more the minute she meets a stranger at a bar. Their instant connection ultimately brings them closer and the next day, they depart without exchanging numbers. It wouldn’t take long before bumping into Zane again, this time at her brother’s house as the new head coach for the LA Warriors hockey team.

Zane never expected to be made head coach of the LA Warriors so soon, especially when there are others in the team that have been with the team a very long time. Being the youngest coach in the NHL has put him on a spotlight and the pressure to succeed is real. His sole attention should be on trying to get the team to win as much as possible to bring them closer to the Stanley Cup. Yet, his head is on the beautiful woman he met a bar. Winning Zane over with her wit and sarcastic humor. Little did he realized that his life was about to change forever, the minute he gets invited to his captain’s house for dinner and seeing pictures of a very familiar face. Victoria was only supposed to be a one-night stand, but Zane fears that she might take over his heart if he doesn’t put distance between them. She is after all much younger than him and Zane knows that it should make her off-limits. But Victoria has other plans and that is to win him over once and for all.

I really enjoyed reading Only For Her, the characters are relatable and their chemistry is off the charts. It’s clear from the very beginning that they have a strong connection. Zane had no intention of being in a relationship, not when his sole focus should be on keeping his new job. Nevertheless, seeing Victoria again has him rethinking about he really wants and is to be her. But there are obstacles that the two must overcome before they can have their own happily ever after. One of them is to survive telling her brother about them and his intentions with his sister. I loved seeing cameos from previous characters. All in all, the ending was very sweet and I would highly recommend checking out this book and any other by the author. You will not regret it! :)

My Review:

In Moreland’s latest release we are taken back to the dangerous world of the Canadian syndicate in Sullivan. This time bringing the Scottish side into the mix as two unlikely individuals are brought together by chance in this steamy romance.

As a sought-after corporate solicitor, Sullivan “Sully” Black, has achieved a lot in in career as he always keeps himself busy. Taking a small break is the last thing he wanted, until his assistant booked him a train ticket to the small town of Lachlan, where he owns a cottage by the sea. What Sully wasn’t expecting to find was a beautiful woman fainting in front of him. At work, he is a cut-throat solicitor ready to do his job. But looking at the woman in front of him, his first instinct is to make sure she is fine.

The attraction between them is magnetic doesn’t remember ever having such a strong reaction to woman before meeting Autumn Briggs. She tells him that she is there on a work exchange program and knows his cousin, Bonnie. There is a part of him that feels at peace with her around and knows that he should leave. Until a storm brings the two of them together and they are unable to leave until further notice. This would ultimately bring them closer as the two began to confide in one another. Soon they cross the line of no return and Sully makes it his mission to make things work with Autumn once they go back to Edinburg. But what starts off as an unexpected encounter, her past and his world could threaten a chance at a future together.

I absolutely loved reading Sullivan! It’s clear from the very beginning that the main characters have an instant connection and it just keeps growing the longer they spend together. For Autumn it was hard to leave her aunt behind in Canada, but when the opportunity presented itself to leave for a while, she took it. Hoping that it would help her escape her past. Little did she know that meeting Sully would change her life forever. Meanwhile, Sullivan has done everything to make a name for himself, but his past with the syndicate is something that he hopes it does’t hurt his chances with Autumn. It would take a course of events to lead them back into his world in order to keep her safe. I loved seeing them interact with his cousins (from previous books in the series) and just how well they protected Autumn as she became important to Sully. There was a strong family bond/connection in this book that I really liked. The ending was so sweet and I cannot recommend it enough! :)

🔖 REVIEW BLITZ 🔖 Revelation by Cleo White

Release Date: April 25, 2026
Pages: 416
Genres: Romance, Contemporary

Once upon a time, there was a princess locked in a tower, guarded by an obnoxiously attractive dragon with a superiority complex.

Her crime, you may ask?

A single, topless, crowd-surfing incident. Which was photographed, published by multiple news outlets, and “jeopardized” her father’s high profile election campaign.

Faced with the threat of being cut off—and forced to rely on her non-existent life skills—the princess had little choice but to accept her punishment: house arrest at the family estate for the duration of the campaign.

A campaign which will last eight. Freaking. Months.

As if all this wasn’t terrible enough, the princess’s only company—the dragon—was even more unpleasant than the punishment itself. He hated her at first sight; most likely for the crime of being pretty, and rich, and way better than him at literally everything.

Mean, condescending, and a total turd, the dragon seemed to want nothing more than to assert his authority over the princess. She believed—quite rightly—that being insanely hot doesn’t give you the right to treat people that way.

It wasn’t long before the princess decided her only recourse… was war.

My Review:

It only takes a scandalous set of topless pictures to change the course of Blair Porter’s life forever. Having being born in a world of wealth and privilege, she has always known what her place in the family is. After all, Blair’s dad happens to belong to a very special circle of people in the aristocracy. Lord Albert Porter isn’t just anyone, he holds a lot of influence in Stellan and hopes to leverage that in order to become the country’s next prime minister. But Blair’s recent indiscretion could up costing her dad the election.

A call to the family’s ancestral home of Thornhurst, ends up deceiving her into staying there for the next eight months until the election is over or risk losing her trust fund. With no other choice, Blair gives in only to find out that her dad has hired a someone to guard her while in the estate. A very good looking and infuriating guard who seems to hate her right away. There are a lot of things that the press gets wrong about Blair and she vows to make Damien see that she is different. Yet, no one warm her that by spending a lot of time with Damien, that her heart would be on the line.

I really enjoyed reading Revelation, this enemies-to-lovers romance had me hooked from the very beginning. Just when her dad thought that it would be a good idea for Blair to be out of the spotlight, another type of trouble ends up finding her at her family’s estate. Only, meeting Damien for the first time leaves her with the impression that he doesn’t like her. He is strict, demanding and ready to put her in her place. The problem is that there is something about Damien that keeps drawing Blair closer. Though no matter how much he tells her about himself, she can sense that he is not telling her everything. Something that she needs to figure out before it’s too late. All in all, I would highly recommend checking out this book! The first book in the series became of my favorites and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series! :)
