What attracted me to reading the book was the cover! It looked really intriguing to read, so I gave it a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. The story is unique since I've never read an entire novel from a guy's point-of-view. The plot itself was also great, which made it a page turner for me. Overall it was a good romance/thriller story. From the beginning I was attracted to Jackson and Holly's love story, the story as a whole is full of twists and turns that left me wanting more and completely stunned at the end. Since I read the prequel first, I had no idea how complex the story was going to be. There wasn't enough details for me to be able to understand the story, other than that fact that Jackson likes Holly and that he can time-travel. After reading Tempest I can say that the story comes to a full circle, and it is much easier to understand. It was hard to keep up with the dates and times at first, but it got easier at the end. Although the ending of the book was a bit sad, I CAN'T WAIT TO READ WHAT HAPPENS TO JACKSON AND HOLLY! I definitely recommend this book for anyone that wants to read something new and from a guy's P.O.V. My Ratings:

My Review: I've been wanting to read the first book for a while now, but as soon as I found out that there was a prequel to the first book I didn't hesitate to read it first. My first impression of the book was that it didn't explained much of time traveling. It seems complicated, but the story focuses more of Jackson's view on Holly. Although Holly has a boyfriend (David), as a read we are able to see the attraction that they both have towards each other, but they are afraid to say anything or make a move. Jackson's character is fun and kind. He protects Holly whenever she is need of help, which makes him great. I'm actually intrigued as to what is going to happen next so I'll definitely read the first book "Tempest".

Hidden was actually a good book, it explained a lot of things that weren't explained in the other books. I like the new characters in the series, Aurox is AMAZING!, which makes me wonder if he is going to be with Zoey at the end. Shaylin is a sweet character as well as her gift. Travis and Lenobia totally surprised me, but they make a good couple!! <3 What I wasn't expecting was the whole situation with Zoey's grandmother, but I like the fact that she was really nice to Aurox. Although there seems to be a lot of drama between the new "love triangle" and Neferet, I wonder when everything is going to end. I mean, I feel like the series should have ended a while ago! (Although the books have been nice, it would be great to see an end to the story instead of dragging it for so long) Overall, the book was great, I can't wait to read the next book and see where everything goes!
