My Review:
From the cover to the synopsis, I was immediately intrigued to read yet another book by Jennifer Probst. Having read Probst's works before I really wanted to read what she came up with this time around. Needless to say, I was hooked with the story and how the characters evolved throughout the book.
Everywhere and Every Way is part of the Billionaire Builders series which evolves around three brothers whose lives drastically changes when their father passes away. They were all supposed to inherit the family business, but there was a catch that left all of them unhappy with. In the will, their father specifically required all of them to live in their old family house, and work together as a team. If they didn't do that, the family business would be taken away from them. With each brother bringing in a unique talent to the family business, they all decide to give it a try and put aside their differences. That is when Caleb Pierce comes into the picture, he is the one that wants to keep the business within the family, and he'll do anything to convince his brothers that it's worth giving it a try. He hopes to land huge jobs, but they all turn him down the minute Morgan Raines arrives to his office wanting him to take her job offer without accepting a no as an answer.
Morgan Raines has worked all over the world as an interior designer. She is sought after by many people, including Hollywood celebrities. When she is hired to look to build a land in the small town of Harrington, she immediately wants the Pierce brothers to build the perfect home for her. But getting them, especially Caleb to work for her was harder than she thought. Now Morgan is willing to do anything to ensure that the Pierce Brothers take on her project. When they finally give in, another sort of problem rises, and that is the sexual tension between Caleb and Morgan. No matter how much they try to hide it, it's impossible to keep them apart and the two have to figure out if giving in is worth the try.
I enjoyed the overall idea of the book, it's well thought out and that made it that much more interesting to read. The characters themselves have big personalities, Morgan is bit of a manipulator, but then again she will do anything in her power to get things done no matter the cost. Whereas, Caleb is a more relaxed guy whose always had to please his dad, and now that he is gone things have suddenly changed for him. Now the two have to figure out a way to work together, and as the they start to spend more time together things slowly start to develop into something more. Morgan's story is an interesting one that develops throughout the story and pulls you in. There were some times when I felt that the pace of the story started to slow down, and there were a couple of scenes that felt extra for me. Other than that, I liked the story and the ending was sweet. I would highly recommend giving it a try, you will not regret it. : )
