Answer: The majority of my books in my ipad, so here are the books that I do have as physical copies. :)

Most of my books are in my computer. I don't have an e-reader but planning to buy in the near future. Not so sure if Amazon delivers Kindle here in our country.
Question: Is it possible to transfer my e-books (in e-pub format) to Ipad through a USB cable?

I would think so, but it would be much easier to email them to yourself, that way you can open them in your ipad, and you can save them in your ibooks/pfd files.
