My Review:

I loved this book! I've only read another book by Sonya Weiss and it didn't disappoint, so when I had the chance to read this book I knew that it was going to be one of my favorites for this year.

Right from the very beginning the synopsis and the cover completely grabbed my attention. I like the concept of this series “Men of the Zodiac,” it's very unique. In this book in particular we deal with the sign Gemini, and it totally plays off with the personality of one of the protagonist in the book.

Olivia Carter lives in a small town where she runs a wedding shop along with her friend. They have been trying to get press to notice the small business for a while now, but that's not enough to get the attention that she needs for her shop to do well in order for her to for her father's hospital bills. So, she comes up with a plan to tell everyone that she has a millionaire boyfriend, who adores her yet no one seems to know who the boyfriend is, and although she is getting the attention that she needs, she desperately wants to find the said “boyfriend” before anyone notices that it was all a lie. When an unexpected guest shows up at her shop claiming that he will pretend to be her boyfriend, she is shocked to see non other than, Mason Parker, the guy that her father helped to put in jail along with his friends when they were younger. Now he is back, and she is desperate to accept his help, but not before finding out what Mason really wants in return.

Millionaire Mason Parker has had a rough live, it's no surprised that he was able to gain millions for his quick thinking, and for being ruthless in his business. After all, having been through hell during his teen years has shaped who he is now. When he learns of Olivia's problem, Mason offers to help her, but not before he gets what he wants first. He wants Olivia's lands, and in return he'll pretend to be her boyfriend. But that soon backfires on him when he starts to feel the pull that he has towards Olivia. When his plan to get revenge doesn't turn out the way he wants it to be, he'll have to decide whether Olivia is worth fighting for or not.

I thought that book was very well executed, the chemistry between the characters is unavoidable, and it made me want to keep reading the story. Both of the characters have a past that they are trying to move on from. Mason is the one that has suffered the most, all he wants is justice for his friend, and he is not going to give up until he get what he wants. When he suggests Olivia to move to his house, that's when things really start to heat up for the two of them. They both are attracted towards one another, and it was interesting to read how they dealt with their problems. The ending was cutest, I absolutely loved it. This is definitely a book worth reading, I highly recommend it. :)
