My Review:

Tempting Little Tease was a short and romantic read. It is the fourth book in the Forbidden Desires series and the story follows a forbidden romance that will leave you wanting for more.

In the story we get to meet Alessandra, a twenty-two year old nanny who happens to be fluent in Italian. One of her dreams is to move to Italy and start a new life there, so she gets as many shifts possible in order to make that happen. Although she is a nanny full-time, she also manages to get a job as an Italian tutor and when one of the tutors falls ill she is called to step in to tutor Quinn Kingsley. She only had three weeks before she was set to leave for Italy, but as soon as she stepped into his office all bets were off and their chemistry was instant. Alessandra knows that she has very limited time with him and when he starts to flirt with her in Italian and doing sweet things for her, she can’t deny him any longer. 

As co-owner of Forbidden Desires and eldest in the family, Quinn Kingsley knows that he has to take care of his family and all the responsibilities that involve having a successful company. Though he works day and night, he doesn’t have a lot of time to do anything else. He doesn’t know much of his family history other than the fact that his mother was Italian, and that makes him want to learn the language. When his tutor falls ill he is surprised to see Alessandra walk into his office full of energy and beauty. Quinn knows that he is older than her and he should keeps things professional, but he can’t do that when Alessandra agrees to go out with him. Now as the two start to get to know each other, the more he wants to keep her for himself. Yet, there are things that could hurt their relationship and it’ll be up to them to decide if they want to move forward or not.

I absolutely loved this story, Kendall Ryan has done an amazing job with the rest of the series and this was no different. I liked the taboo aspect of the book as well, Quinn is relatively older than Alessandra but that is no issue with them when they’re together. I think the fact that he is older makes her feel safer and cherished. On the other hand, Alessandra is full of energy and dreams. She knows what she wants, and she is willing to explore a whole new country on her own. Even though the story was short, it was full of steamy and romantic scenes. I liked how Kendall Ryan described the Italy and how she included Italian phrases throughout the book. We do get to read both perspectives in the story which made it that much more enjoyable and the ending was really sweet. I do wish the author could have of made the story a bit longer, but it still worked out in the end. I would highly recommend reading this book and the others in the series, you will absolutely loved them. :)
