My Review:

The Specialist by Melanie Moreland is a heartwarming and suspenseful conclusion to the Men of Hidden Justice Series. A steamy page-turner that will keep you reading until the very end.

At the beginning of the story we get to meet Egan Vulpe, a successful business gym owner who also happens to co-run Elite Security. But behind the scenes, he is the explosives expert whose talent was once used for the Men of Hidden Justice. A secret organization that works to get rid of the underground crime. Yet, Egan wasn’t always on the right side of justice and that has hunted him for many years. He has changed for the better and that’s all due to one person, Sofia DeSalvo. A doctor who has stolen his heart, if only she could see that they’re meant to be together. Having once worked along side her cousin while working for the Men of Hidden Justice. Sofia has witnessed first-hand how dangerous the missions were and it’s due to her past that she is afraid of giving herself a chance to love again. Until Egan’s past comes back and threaten the love of his life that he must make a choice to get her back or lose her for good.

I absolutely loved reading The Specialist! The chemistry between the characters is undeniable and magnetic. Egan is a Romanian alpha who is a total softy when it comes to Sofia, he truly cares about her and her safety. He knows that Sofia is going to be his, he just needs to give her a chance to see that for herself and when she does, they are sizzling together. Sofia has been through so much in her life and that has affected how she proceeds when it comes to love. It would take a turn of events to threaten what they’ve build together and for the Men of Hidden Justice to reunite again. We do see cameos from previous characters and a nod to a character from another series. There is a little bit of everything along with action and suspense. The ending was everything, we get a final glimpse of the previous characters in the series, which I loved! I would highly recommend checking out The Specialist as well as the rest of the series, it won’t disappoint! :)
